Our submission to the Council’s scrutiny committee

Following our letter to all tenants in College Bank on 8th September, our focus remains on our residents and their safety. We will continue to keep all residents fully updated and the latest information is available on this website.

Abbeydale Ramp

You may be aware that the ramp at the side of Abbeydale block has not been in use for a number of months.

Since its closure, it has become a target for anti-social behaviour and extensive damage has been caused to the floor panels. RBH have therefore taken the decision to dismantle and remove the ramp for health and safety reasons.

This work is due to commence on Monday 7th September and should take two weeks to complete. The area will be fenced off and monitored by CCTV whilst the contractors are on site.

We will ensure that any disruption to local residents is kept to a minimum. If you need to speak to a member of the regeneration team about any aspect of this planned works, please email or Freephone 0800 027 7769 (option 7).
